Gigi's Bridal

In search of a baptism dress for my daughter I decided to start with small local businesses first. Gigi's was the second Downtown FF store I walked into. Unfortunately, after overhearing a conversation between Lupita and a customer for about 3-4 min and NOT being greeted or asked if i needed help, I ended up walking right back out of there.

No lie, I found the baptism dresses all on the top racks but I couldn't reach them so i tried to wait and see if the customer would leave soon assuming I'd get some help afterwards. But they continued their convo. I stood in front of her and the customer for about 30 seconds waiting for an acknowledgement and i got NOTHING. I honestly felt like I didn't exist in there. No other customers were present. What sort of welcome is that?

I for sure will not be returning.

I just picked up my dress from my final fitting and let me just say I left crying!!

I'm almost five months pregnant and I bought this dress last year obviously not knowing I was gunna get pregnant before my wedding. I was so stressed and freaking out about my dress because it is a very tight form fitting dress.. Gigi has been in this business for 20 years for a reason!!! She knows her stuff!!! My dress came out better than I could have ever imagined. The length that was taken off was perfect! Inches we took out was absolutely perfect the back panel we lowered made such a huge important difference. Overall I would give her a million stars!! My wedding day is next week and I am so glad i came here! No it's not super fancy inside but it's like home.. It's a family vibe and she took great care of me. Thank you again!!! You are amazing

I came here looking for a bridesmaids dress as the store had the brand I needed. They have lots of options and brands. They can do other dresses for prom, etc too.

I bought my quinceañera dress here several years ago and loved it! They had a good selection of beautiful dresses and were very helpful when selecting the dresses. The main downsides are that since it's a bridal boutique it's very hard to go in without any appointment and they discourage you from coming in without appointment, since my family is busy and can't always come at set times making an appointment was difficult. The prices were more expensive than other quince/bridal boutiques but at least they were pretty dresses. Overall I'm pleased with the dress but the service could be better

I took my Mother-In-Law to Gigi's bridal based on good reviews and they were local. They welcomed and accommodated us with no appointment. My MIL picked her dress and they never called her or me to let us know the dress was finally at the store. I had to call the week before the wedding to ask and that my MIL will need alterations too. When I called they said that the dress came about 3 days ago (never called us) and they scheduled us for an alteration appointment the next day.

My MIL got measured, they had her put on the dress the staff ordered online and what she paid FULL PRICE ON.

When she came back a couple of days after, she noticed that the dress they actually altered was the SAMPLE DRESS THEY HAD IN THE STORE. How does she know? When she tried it on when THEY TOOK US AS A WALK IN, the lady tried to put on a belt on the dress and it fell off her waist pulling beads and stings on the dress. My mother in law remembered that exact same spot where the damage was left. GUESS WHAT, SHE TOOK THAT DAMAGED DRESS HOME. she didn't realize until she got home and the wedding was the next day.

This place is a rip off. They act all nice to you but does SHADY things behind closed doors. DO NOT TRUST.

Preparing for marriage is often scary in itself let alone trying to find that one dress that just pops and makes you cry tears of joy. Now couple that with an excellent sales person who seems to just know what works for your body style and you've got the best experience ever. That describes my experience today. I was excited just to try something on and didn't expect to find that dress, but today it found me.

I should've known when my best friend began to cry when i stepped out of the fitting room. To see her cry made me cry and that made this next phase in my life seem real. Thank you for the best experience.

This is not the fanciest store. But the women there know their stuff. If you tell them what you like or don't like with a dress they will ultimately find your dress. In my case my fiance got very ill and we had to push the wedding up. They accommodated most of the alterations and was able to get my dress to me in a 1 day turn around. When your fiance's dying wish is to marry you, you make it happen. GG's made it happen and I am forever grateful.

Ordered my bridesmaids dresses from Gigis, they all looked beautiful the day of my wedding! Customer service was great! Thanks again!!

They will not do alterations on your bridesmaids dress unless you bought it from them so save your time and go elsewhere.

They had the EXACT wedding dress I had been drooling over for months online. They could see my excitement, so they let me try it on without an appointment even. They let me make payments and come try it on as many times as I wanted! The alterations were FLAWLESS! They ALWAYS acted professional, timely, helpful and friendly. I have recommended several friends to this shop and they have had the same great experience! I highly recommend these ladies to help you out with any special occasion!
